Workshops

Fascia Touch — Introduction

Format: half day or full day
For: everyone, no experience needed

Discover how to touch the fascia with slow, listening hands. In pairs and on yourself: how to arrive, how to wait, how to follow the tissue instead of pushing it.

  • The basics of a gentle, safe touch
  • Simple self-touch to relax neck, back and shoulders
  • A new way to feel your own body

Belly Touch

Format: 2 hours to half day
For: everyone, no experience needed

Inspired by the Chi Nei Tsang tradition: gentle touch of the belly, breathing and self-massage to relax the centre of the body.

  • Breathing into the belly
  • Gentle self-massage you can do every day
  • Touching the belly with respect and care

Tissue Dynamics Yoga class

Format: 90 minutes to half day
For: all levels

A yoga class that moves like fascia: slow waves, spirals and sun salutations in tissue dynamics. Strong and soft at the same time.

  • Sun salutation in tissue dynamics
  • Poses entered with less force and more space
  • A calm, grounded body at the end

Team training for studios

Format: 1 to 2 days
For: the teaching team of a yoga or Pilates studio

Give your teachers a shared language: fascia-aware cues, gentle hands-on assists and a clear frame for touch in class.

  • Cues that invite instead of force
  • Safe, consent-based assists
  • A common approach for your whole studio

Practical information

  • Languages: English, French
  • Fee: on request, depending on format, location and travel
  • Based in: Paris (Europe) and Saint-Martin (Caribbean) in winter
  • What you need: a quiet room, yoga mats, blankets or cushions. No massage tables needed.
  • Media kit: photos and a short bio available on request

A clear and safe frame

  • Consent first: always asked, always respected. You can say no at any moment.
  • Non-sexual, respectful touch, in a clear and caring frame.
  • You can practise on yourself if you prefer not to touch or be touched.
  • No experience needed. Comfortable clothes are enough.
  • A wellbeing practice, not a medical treatment: no diagnosis, no promises of healing.
