Why this training?
Most teachers know that fascia matters. Few know what to do with it on the mat. This training gives you concrete tools: how to move, how to cue and how to touch with the connective tissue in mind.
No complex science, no jargon. Every technical word is explained, practised and turned into something you can teach the next day.
What you will learn
- Sun salutations and key poses in tissue dynamics: slower, rounder, more alive
- Fascia anatomy in movement, explained simply
- A cueing lexicon: words that invite the body instead of forcing it
- Gentle hands-on assists based on listening and consent
- Teaching simulations with feedback, so you leave ready to teach
